Job Summary / Purpose:
To understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates & provide quality, tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate Management
• Keep in regular contact with candidates to review progress and performance in interviews
• Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
• Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
• Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent/ Contract jobs
• Comfortable with Long hours and working on weekends, attend Job fairs/ events on client locations etc.

Other:

• Administration duties including; identification checks, verification of qualifications, and reference checking
• Related Reports, Any other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-7 yrs of recruitment experience preferably in a consulting environment
• Good Computer Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Team Player and Hardworking

Compensation: Negotiable
